The Great American Beer Festival (GABF) is an annual event hosted by the Brewers Association (BA) started in 1982. This year was the 40th anniversary, welcoming over 60,000 attendees to Denver, Colorado to sample beers from 800 breweries nation-wide.
To honor both the festival's 40th anniversary—and the first post-pandemic in-person event—the Brewers Association hired Studio DNVR to help design a celebratory event brand identity.

We designed a style guide that was applied throughout the event's customer touchpoints: to build hype around the occasion in a lead-up advertising/marketing campaign; drive ticket sales; and create an immersive brand experience for attendees.
